    The Committee on Senior Citizens Issues moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §16-5P-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to providing certain authority of the Bureau of Senior Services; permitting the creation of an in-home direct care worker registry; providing legislative rule-making authority; requiring the maintenance of the registry; requiring the Bureau of Senior Services to define certain terms; requiring the completion of a criminal background check to be included on the registry.”
